Product Description

1.  Introduction
The DXDD30 high-speed (granule) packaging machine is unique and independently developed based on nearly 40 years of experience in the development of packaging machine. The whole machine adopts PLC , HMI and multi-point sensing detection control, and adopts independent intellectual property technologies such as quick change, adaptive filling volume, bag sorting and cartoning, etc. It has the characteristics of high intelligence, high efficiency, high stability and high energy saving.
Through serialized design, high-speed small bag packaging of granules, powders, sauces and other materials can be realized, and the output products are in the form of single-layer bags (three-side sealing, four-side sealing), etc.

2. Technological innovation
1). Quick switching technology: It can realize quick switching of packaging materials, quick switching of unloading mechanism (patented technology, easy to clean), quick switching of three-side and four-side sealing packaging;
2). Adaptive check-weighing: An optional online check-weighing system can be used to automatically reject unqualified products. At the same time, the weight will be automatically fed back to the control system so that the unloading mechanism can automatically adjust the loading volume to ensure the output of qualified products;
3). Intelligent control: adopts PLC and HMI interactive control, real-time monitoring of intelligent sensor network, automatic alarm and shutdown for bag jam, empty bag, lack of material, etc., with a high degree of intelligence and automation;
4). Bag sorting and boxing: It can solve the problem of subsequent packaging and make production more intensive;
5). Efficient production, saving costs, saving labor, and reducing energy consumption.
