1. Machine brief introduction
This machine is a high-performance fully automatic, single-row back-sealing packaging equipment with functions such as automatic feeding, measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, coding and finished product output.The whole machine adoptsa high-precision servo drive control film feeding system, PLC, human-machine interface, photoelectric automatic tracking, constant temperature control and other technologies. It is easy to operate and has complete functions. It is suitable for packaging of materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical industries and other industries.
By replacing specific modules, the packaging of granules, pills, powders, liquids and other materials can be achieved.
2.Technical innovation
1) Intelligent control, using PLC, human-machine interface(touch screen), automatic label tracking, PID digital temperature control system, and stable film pulling system. The machine is designed for simpler operation, stable performance, high production efficiency, and reduced labor costs.
2) The packaging material does not require edge trimming on both sides, which reduces customer's usage costs.
3) The main frame material of machine is SUS304 stainless steel.
4) The whole machine is easy to clean, effortless to assemble and disassemble, and it also meets GMP requirements.
5)Equipped with essential safety protection measures, such as short-circuit protection, overload protection, leakage protection and etc.

04.Warranty: it is 12 months after the machine is installed, but it should not exceed 14 months after the machine arrives at destination. If any part of the machine is damaged because of bad quality in warranty time, the seller should replace the damaged part free of charge.
